Is there anyone out there reading this who is also embarking on a weight loss challenge? Do you want a support buddy? I do! No one here (in my daily life) really cares to hear about me and my diet. I don’t blame them. I admit it’s not terribly fascinating conversation fodder though it does border on obsession for me. I find it encouraging to know there are others out there trying hard.
